ADVANCED PLANNING

The ICS PLN functional module supports advanced planning functionality beyond the standard assignment, sequence and queuing functions inherent in the ICS. Advanced planning includes simulation of “what if?” scenarios and automatic sequencing of production to fit time and capacity constraints. Multiple scenarios can be configured with different production plans scheduled against each scenario to show estimated start and end times.
