Aragon System Products maintains a 24 hour 7 day a week helpline for customer support. During normal business hours, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM eastern standard time, please call our office to speak to one of our engineers. After hours, the automated phone system will direct you to a phone number to call for emergencies.
For general inquiries and/or spare part(s) orders after hours, please leave a message or send an e-mail to info@aragon-sp.com.
In order to serve you better, we encourage you to call us at (888) 491-4420 to set up a VPN connection protocol if you have not already done so. A VPN connection will enable us to diagnose issues remotely, expediting trouble shooting and downloading of software updates after receipt of approval.
The above described services are free of charge during the warranty period; this is typically one year, starting after completion of installation. We offer service contracts, renewable yearly, once your warranty period has expired. Please call us for a quote.
If your system is not under warranty, and you do not have a service agreement with us, we will invoice you an hourly rate during normal business hours and a premium rate after hours for emergencies.
