ASP’s conveyor control upgrade provides a solution to the very real risk of conveyor control obsolescence that includes a tremendous amount of built-in functionality. As an ICS integrated module, the conveyor control tracks production information down to individual newspapers with regard to edition, waste, production counts, mailroom routing and individualized labeling capability.
With an interface to circulation or planning systems, the edition parameters are automatically downloaded and available at the conveyor. The ASPECT web-browser user interface provides secure access to the entire production environment from anywhere on the network.
