RELEASE CONTROL

The ICS RLS functional module supports distribution of product to any number of release points along a sequence of conveyors with automatic switching of transfer points and routing. Product distribution can be configured in a wide variety of flexible modes. Automatic sequencing of scheduled units supports ROP zoning with the ability to change delivery modes at any time. Mode configuration includes batching, splitting, grouping, maximum quantity and flexible backups.
