MANPOWER SCHEDULING

The ASP STAFF module supports generation of staffing schedules based upon production schedule and circulation demands. Staffing requirements for particular inserts, machines, shifts, cost factors and personnel availability are used to automatically generate shift schedules for each production run. Once generated, the schedules can be manually edited to handle special cases.

Employee time data can be manually entered or downloaded from time tracking systems to provide reports containing actual manpower usage and costs.
